Even though defensive back Alvin Haymond only played 3 seasons for the L.A. Rams, I remember him for his kick returning skills. He actually led the league in punt returns in 1969, and had over 1000 kickoff return yards in 1970. He was an exciting player and a precursor to some of the big-name, flashy return men who would come along later in the NFL.

I totally remember Alvin Haymond, he created tons of excitement and many young kids who emulated him day after day with his runbacks.
I remember as a kid listening to rams games on a transistor radio with Dick Enberg Steve Bailey and Dick Bass.Dick Enberg did a masterful job.Rams wearing white uniforms trimmed in blue kicking off from the parastile end.
I remember how he refused to take a free catch back then
Please bring back the blue and white uniforms, the white helmet with a blue ram, white jersey with blue #'s / blue jersey with white #'s ...So clean and tight , if you are going to bring back the rams , bring them all the way back and get the old blue and white
I also love the old uniforms of the '60s. Blue & white! (Though I don't think there was ever a white helmet with blue horns. It was blue with white horns.) It would be great to see those re-introduced now that they're back in L.A.
